I requested a full disinvestment on my max investment policy and i still wanted the policy to go on and not cancelled. on the disinvestment form i cleared marked full disinvestment and for premiums to continue. when i called the contact centre they advised me that some one in back office was cancelling my policy and my disinvestment was put on hold. this is ridiculous. how can i trust some one with my money when they cant even READ. now my disinvestment has a further delay.
