Incompetent!

In june I used an atm which swallowed my card, the money did not come out of the atm but was taken out of my account, I went to the back and they reversed it. In july the same amount of money was debited from my account so I went to fnb and they reversed the money. In september I had funds in my account after a few days the money was taken out I went to the bank they made me fill out forms to reverse the money, I was told this will take 5days. I went back to the bank on the 5th day the money was still not put back. They then made me contact the department, after speaking with 3 different people I was told that they don't know who debited the money I should fill more forms which will take an additional 20days as they need to get an investigator to investigate the problem. I was also told that game debited my account however I don't have a game account then they advised me fnb is claiming back the money because the money did come out of the atm in june. This is absolutely ridiculous as they should have investigated the matter in the beginning to indentify if the money did come out of the atm! This kind of service is appauling and shows that they do not know what they are doing
