I have contacted your call centre at the beginning of this whole saga. so let me explain AGAIN. I have had on my bank account and this has finally been settled. I have just received my money back. No I can pay my creditors. I have spoken to you guys about this. I was told that as soon as I get my money back I should make a payment. And that is what I plan to do. I just received my money back now. Today I have received 3 calls already asking for the money. what the is wrong with you people. I have spoken to you people already regarding this. im not running away with your money, WHAT HAPPENEND IS CALLED F... ING . I SAID I WILL PAY TODAY, WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. to top it off, just before I can make a payment you guys go and suspend my card so now I can make an inter account transfer, you do no that you would of had your money at 6am this morning. bunch of dumb 's. cant believe the amount of this bank give you when it is the banks fault. Im pretty much done with Standard bank and all its departments.
