Engen Botswana Commerce Park
Time delay and poor service

This morning I fuelled at Engen commerce park.
The swiping machines were acting up. So the petrol attendant politely asked me to go inside and swipe. O asked if he could not bring the machine to me and he explained that it willnot be possible as they are stationed on the counters with minimal movements.

I went into the store and tried to swipe only to be kicked out and told there will be no assistance as am not wearing a mask. I tried to explain that I urgently need to pay for the fuel as I have been delayed for more than 25 minutes and the government has waived the masks law that it is not compulsory, and am doing this so to pay for the fuel and not delay further. No one took note of my explanations as the security guard and the teller ladies ignored and told me to leave their shop.

I had to go to Stanbic atm to cash at an extra cost.
This service has really affected me and my time and money. And it is a pity that service providers are not keeping up with current affairs on the government laws regarding the issues that affect both supplier and customer. And the painful part is that I was denied access to talk to the manager.
