On the 13 February 2013 to make a withdrawal. It was taking long and got a slip and it says session timed out, so tried again and same message but when i got to my car checked my phone and the money has gone out of my account. Contacted the ABSA hotline as number displayed on atm. An agent answered my call and after a lenghty discussion with him and was advised that money will be reversed and timescale is 24/48 hrs and guess what within 2 minutes after I hung up my money was back into my account. On the 28/02/2013 tried using atm as i needed cash to fill petrol and guess what it happened again. I tried 200.00 first and slip says account cancelled so i tried again and tried 250.00 but same response, so I swiped and filled 100.00. When i got to the car and checked my money came out again and when contacted the ABSA hotline again the agent was very rude and did not know what was happening, so I asked to speak to a manager but was advised manager was available. I asked the agent to get somebody to call me back. I did receive callback from a manager who apologised to me gave me a complaint reference. When called after 9 days was advised money will be put back in account.13 DAYS NOW AND NO MONEY
