I requested a settlement letter yesterday, and keep getting stories that they have send it and then there email is not working and today i saw this complain (at the bottom), and are wondering if I will ever get it. And i can promise you as soon as I miss a payment they will phone and send letters to me. This is the worst service i have ever received!
(I requested a settlement letter about a month ago and still to today i have not received anything. today i requested another one and eveytime i phone they have another problem. i think that is verry bad. they are verry quike to give you credit but when you want to pay them tjere is hundreds of stories. i think they are useless an non helpfull. )
