I applied for a loan with "my" bank Absa via cellphone banking. I did know that i had an outstanding debt with them from 5 years back. They told me that on Merritt my loan hes been approved and I must visit the branch.
Get to the branch and they give me a big "up yours", not even willing to listen to the reason for the loan.
I am building a business from scratch and my bank wants me to repay "my" debt at some stage, yet they are not willing to pull finger to assist in the growth of my business.
Do they not understand logic or is it to much to ask to have two braincells?
Why then ask me to come into the branch and waist my time???
Don't even try to spoonser the human spirit, rather sponser yourselves.
