MONEY HUNGRY / DONT DELIVER WHATS PROMISED

I recently applied for an account online with FNB Commercial, I waited not more than 10 minutes to be called back. I applied for a business loan with a device as they so happily offered where they advertise.
I was told that everything had been applied for and I would receive my device and Cheque card soon. after many hours on the phone to them trying to sort out late delivery my card gets delivered.

The account had not even been activated as I was waiting for my off shore investment to be transferred, in the interim FNB went ahead and charged me the monthly account fee without me even having acsess to the account or services they so happily promise.

Now the business account is sitting in arrears and iv been told I have to pay no matter what.

It seems all they try and do is get you to agree to a monthly charge so they can start charging straight away.

To this day I have had no feedback from any consultant

As a business owner I CANNOT recommend their business accounts or services, it seems they new to the game and have no dam idea what they are doing

I expect this to be resolved by the end of NOV as if the monthly fee gets deducted again I swear im going to make a noise.
