READY TO CHANGE BANKS

On the 25th of January i got paid and decided to go downstairs at work to withdraw R700, ATM JAMMED AND SWALLOWED MY CARD WITHOUT GIVING ME THE MONEY REQUESTED. i called the call centre and they advised that they blocked my card and will get a new one after A WEEK, fine i accepted that, upon enquiry about the money i was told it would take 24hrs to reflect, PROPER! I was given the ref#1221099673 by a very rude SAMMY who told me to visit the branch and there is nothing he can do. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED OR REFUNDED MY MONEY AND DEBIT ORDERS HAVE BOUNCED!!

The only person who has been helpful about this is the consultant by the name of Clint at the 14th Avenu MTN branch by calling and emailing but no one gets back to us. Furthermore i recently got finance and submitted proof of residence BUT MY FICA IS STILL NOT UPDATED!!

i am beyond unhappy and will tell the people i convinced to join standard bank to leave banks with me

if i get contacted which i doubt i will, someone who knows their story should call me at 2pm sharp or im visiting another bank to switch over tomorrow.
