My account frozen because of sooo called fica rule

I opened my account with standard bank two years ago (feb 2011). Everything was okay until recently i got an sms saying my account is not fica compliant. Until they decided to freeze my accounts. My questions are?
1.what happened to proof of adress i submitted when opening account first time because fica rule was there when opening accoin?
2.and if whoever assisted me when i was opening the account did not do their job properly.why should i be punished for it..after all i pay standard bank to handle my funds.
3.since my account is frozen and i cant access money and we both know that post office is also not reliable in delivering mail on time and again most of us receive statements via email.what must i eat in the meantime waiting for proof of residence to submit to the bank.
4. Will my salary be transfered in to frozen account and what will happen to the money.
