Never bank at FNB Primrose. How can we not help you

This is not the first time I have had shoddy service from the Primrose branch and the last time I wrote to FNB complaints department I received a call and nothing was resolved and there was no feed-back.
All I had to do at the branch was show them an original letter of executorship! I was made to wait over half an hour, and when I finally was attended to by Bongani Phungwango, he took copies of everything said I had to go back again with a "letter of instruction"" to transfer the finds into the trust account. I wrote a letter immediately and handed him such.
I went to Anneline Pilley's office to ask her why I had to wait so long and she literally closed the door on my face and told me to go away. She was the one who told me to simply take the original to the bank to get a copy!
Should you watch your cameras you will notice another client sitting on a chair waiting and commenting on the Manageresses bad attitude and stated that the balance of the staff is very pleasant, he said he was going to the Johannesburg branch the next day and would speak to her manager there! This happened from from 14h00 to 14h55 on 06.02.2013.
Surely you could do better?
