ACCOUNT YET TO BE CLOSED

I went into FNB Bedford on the 31 October where i sat for over 30 min. when i finaly saw someone they were unable to close my account as it was open at primrose branch but took 20min going to ask someone else to help to tell me they were unble to close my accounts.
i then went to primrose branch where i sat again for 20 min then sat with a consultant for a futhur 45 min while they called head office and diff deparentments trying to close my account. after fighting with them. they said to me that they will close the account and that it should be clsoed by the 01 Nov 2013.

well it is now the 20 Nov and it still has not been closed i can still log onto my internet banking and i am stilling gettting sms???

i am unsure on what else i am to do to try get fnb to close my account but i will not be liable to bank charges and what ever else is due because they have not clsoed the account!!!
