Last Week i week to Faerie Glen branch, where they asked me to get the place im renting a letter saying where i stay etc. so i got it emailed to me. but i couldnt get back to the branch because im always on the rd. so today i had a few mins to quickly went to FNB in Centurion took the letter and ID book. where the consultant tells me that she doesnt know if they can accept the letter. so i asked to speak to branch manager Cathy where she tells me she want a lease agreement etc with the address but the letter stated where i stay how long etc. on the Emails and smses that FNB sent doesnt say they want lease agreements and oringals they want copies, and the attitude i got from the manager, cause i said one branch cant tell me something and other says no. where must one get the time i know i called the call centre where a guy named Christopher Khomola Tried to help from his side (so Well done on that) i have until the 31 July to fix the account or they freeze my account thenn ill have people calling cause they my debit orders arent going through. Im at that stage im going to close the account.
