I requested a quote from outsurance last year and was told that they would pay out R400 if they could not beat my current insurance which they could not. I was then old to send through documents as "proof" of my current cover. I have called and sent various emails and to date I did not receive feedback nor the R400 that they advertised about!
What a SHAME!!!
