Worst Service EVER

I opened a Business account in January in the hopes of growing our little business. It has taken some time but we have finally gotten our first order. I went to FNB Easgate on Friday, not a single person greeted me to direct me to correct place for assistance. I sat in line for 2 hours with no help. I sat in the line for another hour on Saturday with no help. I then went to Primrose branch today in the hopes of better service, only to be told that the original documents we signed are not reflecting on the system after ALL this time and so no-one would be able to assist me with online banking. The ATM card does not work, we tried it about 3 months ago. ATM msg says go into branch. When i was at the branch now, I was told that its because there are no funds. Do I look that stupid? I have been going to ATM's for well over a decade, would I bring up the issue, if it was due to no funds??? How absolutely inappropriate of the gentleman to have said that. I have emailed my correspondent to close the account with immediate effect. I honestly have never received such bad service as a whole from any other bank!!!
