Please note my issue
started last year 2013, when I received an sms by GLA to state that FNB had handed me over for non payment of a personal loan, this loan was taken out in the year 2007 with FNB, there was a debit order instruction given to FNB to instruct to debit off account monthly, there was no default on payment until FNB didn't debit out of the account, the loan was to end around last year as informed by FNB personal loan department, I was then informed by GLA to provide proof that there was no default of payment on my part, and provide proof of bank statement, I had to go to ABSA bank and pull out a statement for the past 6 year from 2008 till 2013 and they charge for pulling out statement for the past 6 years, I email GLA the statement showing payment made and no default of payment, from what was told me telephonic that the account was handed back to FNB and it was resolved from GLA part as they didn't not understand why the account was handed over to GLA in the first place, this was last year 07 Oct 2013, now we in 06January 2014 and my name is on ITC because FNB did not resolve this issues internal.
