OUTsurance advertises that if they can't beat your current vehicle insurance they will give you R400, I have received a quote from them and it is much higher than my current vehicle insurance, OUTsurance call centre employee ensured that I will receive the R400 although after many attempts I was still unsuccessful. I honestly believe that OUTsurance is false advertising and should face the consequences as stated in the Consumer Protection Act.
