Complaint still not sorted 6 months late

Since the beginning of this year I have been complaining to FNB about an internal debit order for a personal loan. Late last year I changed jobs and my pay date changed from the 25 to the 28th. I asked for all my debit orders to be changed to the 1st that is my personal loan, bond and car which are also with FNB. The bond and the car were changed with no problem but I had endless problems with the personal loan debit order. At first they insisted that I must go to the branch to change the date and said they couldn't do it telephonically (so much for most innovative bank). Then after insisting that they do it telephonically and after being forwarded from one person to the other they assured me it was done. To my horror I only noticed 3 months later that for some reason they are debiting on two dates both the 25th and the 28th. The 1st debit doesn't go through and I don't get an sms notification for it, but it shows unsuccessful on my statement. The 2nd (on the correct date) one goes through and for this one I am notified. Now I have a series of unsuccessful debit orders on my statement and it has affected my score on my cheque account as a result. I cannot get credit from any bank i
