Why are Call Centre numbers not working?

I have paid up my vehicle loan with ABSA and was told to wait 72 hours before phoning to request my vehicle ownership papers. I have done that and now the Call Centre line no longer works? It gives a busy signal or says "call failed'. I have tried numerous times on different phones (landline and cell phone) with no success.

So now ABSA has my money and my vehicle ownership papers and their phones dont work.. so how do I get my vehicle papers?
I even tried the Collections and Arrears number (0860 789 111) and after telling them the story, they didnt suggest any alternative ways I could sort the problem out... no, instead they put the phone down in my ear, mid-sentence!!

Great service ABSA!

If clients cant even contact their bank then how do they run their business? If this isnt sorted out then I wont be taking any further loans with ABSA.
