Firstly I would like to compliment Alison Abrahams for outstanding work and assistance. Secondly referring to my complaint Hello-Peter complaint ref: 30806516, acc no: 270311491 of last year to have my overdraft facility re instated. When I re-applied last year it was told to me that I must have R3000 in my account. I transferred this amount to my account. This was done. Then it was that it must not be transferred but cash deposited. This was also done. Then it was that my salary first has to be in this account before it will be re instated. This was also done since December. When I re-applied it was rejected due an account of 2008 which was settled that is appearing bad on my profile. Alison is trying her best to get this cleared.

What next? I have been a client of yours for the last 28 years with a prestige account that at the moment means nothing.

Please assist me to get my facility re-instated
