BAD RESPONSE TIME

Hi there, my major concern is that I was at your branch in Heerengracht on the 29th January 2014 to have an reversal done on my account. I did the necessary and was told that the money will reflect into my account the next day. Monday I phoned to find out what is happening, only to be told that a claim was never submitted. I made numorous phone calls only to be told that the person dealing with my claim is on training, if this is what is your best service, then surely i need to relook at your institute.
