Refuse to accept my declined response!

I was not pleased/satisfied with the report I got yesterday when "I" phoned your consultants to enquire about the progress of my claim. A claim that was reported on the 15th of December 2013, and only getting response on the 22nd of January 2014. After having submitted my claim I phoned to check if the application was received, of which it was. The consultant then explained to me that I must wait for my premiums to deduct month end and then wait for 6 working days before following up on the claim. I did that too. After fighting on the phone with the consultant about the R134 which I was NOT informed about - which I had reversed back into my account, the claim was then approved. MTN was out of stock and your consultant promised me that the phone would be delivered to my house over December. This was not done as per agreement! I then phoned again, following up - only to be told NOW that the claim has been declined but the case was still pending with the under writer. Reason was due to non-payment. It was not non-payment, just that I reversed the money back into my account as I was not told about the R134. All my calls were recorded in case they think I am making this up!
