WAITING FOR MY CLAIM TO BE FINALISED

MY HUSBAND HAD A FENDER BENDER ON THE 21/12/2013 IN THE MORNING, IT WAS A SATURDAY, SO WE HAD TO WAIT TO DO THE CLAIM ON THE MONDAY (23/12/2013) THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD US THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL US BACK TO REGISTER THE CLAIM. THIS WENT ON FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS. EVENTUALLY WE GOT THE CLAIM REGISTERED IN THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2014. IT THEN TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO GO GET THE CAR ASSESSED FOR DAMAGES. THAT WAS DONE ON THE 16TH OF JANUARY 2014. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME, SO I CAN GET MY CAR FIXED. I HAVE PHONE EVERY 2 DAYS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING, AND I AWAYS GET AN EXCUSE. EITHER THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE PANELBEATERS TO SEND THROUGH THE QUOTE, OR THE LATEST ONE IS THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE MANAGER TO DECIDE!!!
IT HAS BEEN 41 DAYS SINCE THE ACCIDENT, AND 2 WEEKS SINCE THE ASSESMENT HAS BEEN DONE AND I HAVE NOT HAD AN ANSWER AS TO WHEN MY CAR WILL BE FIXED!!!

HOW MUCH LONGER WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO WAIT???
