We had a major power surge on 23 January 2014, all of my electronic items blew. TV, microwave, washing machine, stereo etc. I placed the claim on 27 January 2014. The assessors only came out on Saturday and I called yesterday to find the outcome out and nobody could help me because the lady that i dealt with last week was off through no fault of her own. Surely this claim should already have been resolved? I'm not very impressed at the moment.
