After months of going back and forth between Hollard and supplying hospital reports and doctors letters my claim is still yet to be settled. Being a paraplegic, you would think from my claims history that your claims department would consider all that. It seems to be getting no where. Every time I phone I get told they will submit it to the claims department... I have supplied lab results detailed hospital stay AND a motivating letter from my doctor. I supplied the letters week ago and had no feedback. I have even spoken to complaints department and was assured that they will look into it and email me back... I am still waiting...
