It all started with a windscreen claim lodged at Auto & General a few months ago. Windscreen Direct was contracted by Auto & General to replace the windscreen. They did not respond for sometime after the claim was approved by Auto & General. Even telephone calls to Auto & General did not speed up the process. Only after I complaint via Hello Peter, was the first positive response I received from Windscreen Direct. I should mention that since then Windscreen Direct has really proven to be very effective and professional in dealing with my windscreen replacement. Although I am still experiencing a noise on the one side of the windscreen when I travel above a certain speed, I have the confidence that the problem will be sorted out soonest by Windscreen Direct's technical staff. Thumbs up for Hello Peter, Auto & General and Windscreen Direct. Please do not disappoint me as I want to go on holiday but cannot go on a long journey with the noise problem not sorted out. I am planning to leave on 28 December 2013. Hope to hear from Windscreen Direct before my planned holiday.
