I had a very good experience when making a claim with Miway on Friday 18 October 2013.
My windscreen got damaged on Thursday 17 October when it was hit by a stone from oncoming traffic on the N12 freeway on my way home from work. I only noticed a crack on my windscreen the following day and decided to lodge a claim with my insurance, MiWay. My claim was handled by the lady called Irene. She was polite and professional.
Irene managed to confirm my details and have the claimed approved in less than 10minutes. Keep up the excellent work you are doing guys. It seems MiWay knows how to keep their customers happy.
