I have been having problems with my internet banking fr almost a year now. I sent an email for assistance last year September and have still had NO REPLY after been told that my query had been forwarded to the correct department.
I then went in to a branch myself to sort it out which nearly took 45min... and after been told it is sorted I still CAN NOT access my online banking. I am paying for a service that is NOT WORKING! You are taking money from me for a service you are not delivery. It is not right and not acceptable.
Please correct this!
