On 12 Sep 2013, I lodge a windscreen claim and I was advised that Glasfit will arrange for the replacement. Hence I have to have the excess amount of R650. However, since from Friday 13th I have been carrying that amount in pocket, and now it is mid day Monday without no communication regarding my claim. This morning I emailed Leep, for assistance, without no luck again. Evey month you take premiums from my account without making any mistakes, but now you have to assist me, I can not get it. My most feared problem is that I can not go around carrying R650, in my pocket without now reason. Another thing I am not going to be having my car at work tomorrow. Kindly assign someone to come and replace my windscreen before the end of today.
