My windscreen was replaced on the 21 November by windscreen direct. I noticed a crack in the replacement windshield on the 6th December. I reported this to both my insurer and windscreen direct on the 6th December.

I have had no response from windscreen direct to date even though. I was told the issue would be escalated.
