More than a year and claim not completed

After a truck company couldn't be held responsible for damages on my car the insurance have sent my case to legal department, I call every week with the same answer given to me on the system the attorneys don't have updated any answers for a year now, because i get the same answer for a 3rd party claim for a year now, they will call me back, and it never happens, this for a 3rd party claim is not acceptable why don't the people follow up with me I must call every week to get no answer, to get my own money back but get no answers for a year now, this company don't care 3 years from now I will maybe get feedback, this is not acceptable
