Dial Direct not honoring a claim

I have Dial Direct Comprehensive House and Car Insurance policy, which I have been paying for over 4 years now.
My vehicle was broken into some 3 weeks back and they my gym bag with all gym related goods in it. The total value of the items was - R 3 100.

The policy stipulates that a maximum of R 15700 can be paid for items in a boot or R 1500 for items in the cabin.

My items were stored in the boot area - ie the last row of the 7 seater SUV vehicle. AND the seat was lowered to cover the item from prying eyes. So it wasnt possible to see the item from outside. And the windows are tinted.

Dial Direct has come back to say that ALL SUV vehicles have been classified as not having a boot and that my policy will thus only pay R1500!

My argument is:
1. That nowhere in ANY of their communications (either in taking out the policy - they know its an SUV or in subsequent documents like the policy schedule) was this communicated to policy owners.
2. If its such a big risk why dont they inform people about it.
3. It is not even on the Exclusions list or on ANY notes.

Disgusting. They have the money now dont want to pay! I just want to be able to buy back what I lost! PAY UP
