I had a credit card with african bank paid it off and closed it. these some money due to me i was told to fax through my id copy and bank statement and payment will be made within 48 hours that was last week Tuesday (04/06/2013). even now I'm still waiting. can this please be sorted out as they say the refund department does not take any call, i'm unable to get any update
