Riedewaan was prompt, acccomodating, helpful and courteous. He explained everything from the damages to the procudure that will be followed. He listened when I voiced my concerns about my vehicle being sent to a repairer and he then explained the other options. He also showed me what will be done to the car. He went a step further and explained what will be repaired and what will be repaired. It causes one concern when you don't know these things and his explanation set me at ease.
