Moving my banking backward

Last week an overdraft increase was approved on my business account. This morning I tried to load salaries only to find there is no overdraft facility! This is now the 4th time that my overdraft has been removed due to a system error!
Your slogan needs to change to "How can we move your banking backwards"!
I am fed up with this rubbish and having to wait for this to be rectified. I have a business to run and I don't need my bank having a negative impact on this. Kindly resolve this with some urgency!
