A few weeks back I enquired to FNB about an overdraft facility and they sent me Info about the rates and terms and conditions. Needless to say I did nor accept the overdraft facility because of the ridiculous rate.
To my shock I found out that the overdraft had been loaded without my authority or consent and I had been using it unbeknownst to myself. This is against NCAA and banking code of practice and totally unprofessional. My brother who was also with FNB also had an overdraft loaded without his authority which he had to go in physically to branch to cancel.
I LODGED a complain t with FNB and had no feedback and when called into complain was told that nobody hadlodged a complaint and iI needed to lodge new one which I did.
Not surprisingly no feedback from FNB just same old bad servise
