My vehicle was involved in a collision accident where by a rock rechocheded from a tractor that was doing a maintenance work on r33 road. the owner of the tractor who was not the driver admitted wrong doing and asked me to look for quotation for him to claim from his insurance, unfortunately the claim was rejected.
the reason thy gave was that i don't have a proof that the one of the tractor was negligent, i find this unfair since the owner accepted fault hence he made the claim to compensate me. further more they misinterpreted the sketch of the accident, because they believe that the tractor was traveling on that road while the truth was that it was doing maintenance there without any signage to warn motorists about the cutting of grass there.
