I was involved in an accident back in July. The other car involved admitted guilt and said that their insurance will pay being Santam. Santam was just not willing to come to the party with regards to helping with a courtesy car and said it could take up to 6 months for the claim to pay out. Which forced me to claim through my own insurance, and then let them recover the costs and excess that was now MY problem. So Outsurace done everything to Santam requirements in order to get the claim finalised and paid out.. All documents was sent to them on them on the 12 Aug 2013. And the window period for them was 10 days to request anymore documentations from Outsurance in order to pay out the claim. Only on the 12th day after confirming with Outsurance the payment will be submitted that afternoon did they get back and requested more documents, which then was sent and they had another excuse that their client car was not fixed yet... And so it goes on.. Up to today the 2 Sep nothing has been done about this.. PATHETIC SERVICE all around... Hope never to deal with them again in my life.
