On 7 December 2013 I had an accident. Took my vehicle to the panel beaters and in mid January I heard my vehicle was written off. I was asked for documentation, which I emailed. Since then NO CORRESPONDANCE at all. Its nearly 2 months after the accident, give and take the holidays.
