I own a small business and have a delivery vehicle. My vehicle was involved in an accident - the driver of the other vehicle, insured with SAU, admitted that the accident was their fault. We also have a witness confirming this. I do not want to claim from my own insurance, as this will influence my no claim bonus. When i contacted Mr. Hornsveld, he laughed at me and stated that it will take very long to have the claim finalised and I should rather claim from my own insurance. This is not acceptable to me. It seems as if Mr. Hornsveld has already made up his mind to repudiate the claim and is trying to force me to claim from my own insurance.
