The accident happened as follows: I was employed by the SANDF and we were transported in a SANDF vehicle from Lohatla to Mafikeng and at a place called Setlagole our vehicle over turned while trying to avoid a tractor with no reflectors or lights which was in front of our vehicle.
My injuries were: Torn tendon on the right foot, dislocation in the right hip and a broken rib on the left side.

When I enquire about my claim the answer is that my file is closed. File is closed but im still alive and still suffering the injuries. Till to date nothing was paid from the RAF.
