FNB Tembisa Plaza branch - Poor Service!!

I went to an FNB branch at Tembisa Plaza on Saturday morning the 19th of October to fetch my card and had to leave after sitting in the queue for over an hour. Where is the branch manager who should ensure that the queue moves and people don't queue for an unjustified amount of time???

I had to phone the branch and ask for my card to be delivered at a different FNB branch as a result. Please look into improving such poor service! One would expect consistent levels of customer service across all FNB branches, why should townships be any different?? I'm Extremely dissatisfied with the service! and I still don't have my bank card, not sure how long I still need to wait.
