Branch not operating at full capacity

I arrived on 6 April, 10:55 at the Southgate branch to collect my card. Upon my arrival I was pointed to a queue of at least 30 people. First issue is that the queue I waited on had clients who came there for different reasons, I would have expected that since a card collection takes about a minute, there would be a separate queue for that. Second issue is that I only arrived at the counter after 12pm, having waited for over an hour. The third issue is that the teller section had only 3 cashiers with about 4 booths empty, the express teller section had nobody servicing it and the sales section had only 2 employees out of 4. I experienced no problem getting my card and took about a minute for the process. However I am dissapointed in the branch management for not ensuring that the branch is adequately staffed
