Collection of bank card

I have opened a cheque account with FNB on line which was approved within no time. I went to fetch the card as per SMS and mail confirming that my card is at sasolburg branch. When I got to the bank I went and queue on the line marked new/card collection since there was nobody on the floor to help. After waiting for a good 25 min on the queue that I thought I will get help from the teller but she told me to go and queue again for consultant since I am on wrong line. This was my first time inside FNB bank. I wanted to see if I can make business with them but I was so disappointed taking into account that I am private banker at my current bank and I seldom visit the bank. My first experience with FNB was not the good one in fact a bad services overall.
