I was totally irate yesterday after I was serioulsy inconvinienced and even went back late for work. I went to the branch at 12:05 and was greeted by a long queue by the tellers as I walked in. After joining the queue the I realised there were only 3 tellers servicing a crowd of clients. Mind you it was lunch hour, in Fordsburg a very busy area both a business and residential place and its on a Monday. The one lady closed for lunch after 5mins of my arrival. That meant there was now was person only taking deposits and one other for transfers and other transactions. There was so much noise from clients complaining but none of the staff members did anything to fix the situation. That was totally ridiculous and an insult to people who make use of the bank, it's a high risk place and its not good too take long in a bank. I was there for an hour just to make a single deposit. Everyone was totally disgusted and people were even saying thats the service they always receive and said it would be better if it closed. Just sort it out.
