No Insurance Documents as per requested

I have two cell phones insurance with Edgars/Hollard over a year now and since iv requested the documents to be either e-mailed or posted to me with no luck:( now couple of months back i took out 3 funeral insurances (Parents, Family and Family provider) via the call center and since requested for the supporting documents but still nothing and the debits are busy going on. i would take my money and time to call Edgars and they wil tell me that the only sell the insurances on Hollard s behalf but they do not deal with documentation i must call Hollard when i call Hollard they tell me to call Edgars back because what i am looking for its with their call centre... all this pillar to posts for the simple documents that's only needs to be printed??? so can i please have all my insurances Documentation ASAP? Posted and emailed please. and their Internet service is just pathetic nothing ever work you log a call and all you get its automated message saying your call was logged and thats all you will ever get:(((
