I TOOK UP COVER WITH ALAXANDER FORBES IN JUNE 2013 AFTER BEING SOLD A COVER BY ONE OF THE BEST SALES CONSULTED ORATILE MOGAMISI AFTER HEARING MY FUSTRATION WITH MY CURRENT INSURANCE THEN. ORATILE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB INTO CONVINCING ME TO MOVE FROM MY CURRENT TO ALAXANDER FORBES. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT DREW MY ATTENTION WAS THAT WITH A.F I WONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH CALL CENTRE AGENTS WITH INSURANCE RELATED, ILL DEAL WITH A PERSONAL BROKER AND MY MAJOR FUSTRATION WITH MY PREVIOUS INSTITUTE. WE DID ALL THE PAPER WORK WITH ORATILE AND ONCE THAT PROCESS WAS OVER, SHE REFFFERED ME TO CONSULTED BY THE NAME OF KENTSE MABALE. WE COMMUNICATED WITH KENTSE AS I HAD CHANGED BANK FROM ABSA TO FNB AND WAS AWARE THAT MY DEBIT ORDER WOULDNT GO OFF. KENTSE THEN ADVISED THEY WILL DO A FORCED DEBIT. THAT WENT WELL AND THEN SHE SEND ME AN EMAIL REQUESTING MY NEW BANKING DETAILS I THEN FORWDED THEM. 1ST WEEK OF AUG I CALLED KENTSE, I REQUESTED ORATILE TO FORWARD KENTSE N EMAIL ON MY BEHALF ENQURING IF DEBIT ORDER WENT THRU SINCE NETWORK WAS OFF AT MY WORK.I THOUT ALL IS WELL, COZ I DIDNT GET ANY CALLS. AS I NOW GET A CALL B INFOREMED THAT IT HAS LAPSED COZ OF NO PAYMENT. IS AF RUNING A SPAZA SHOP/CO.?
