Complaint reference 402170 of 24 January. Blackberry Q 5 purchased December 2013, returned for repair within a week as the camera wasn't working. Received back begining of January 2014, few photos taken then the camera stopped working. I have been trying to get a replacement phone, something I may demand in terms of the consumer act but FNB Smartphones want to repair the phone again, refuse to replace it and have told me that if I cancel the contract I will have to pay penalties. How do I get this resolved?
