My company sent all documentation to them on the 13th Jan for processing. No one called to say that they needed additional info until I called on the 17th. They informed me that they needed my divorce papers which I emailed to [Email Removed] immediately. I received a response that they got the docs and that it was sent to to administrator. They informed me that it would take a few days to make payment. On the 23rd I phoned again only to be told that they didn't get the docs and they need my I'd and bank statements as well. I emailed it again. On the 27th I phoned again to be told exactly the same thing again about the documents. I asked to speak to Duerell that helped me before and Duerell said that all those docs weren't necesary as he will contact his Line Manager and cc me in on the email. I phoned again 2 Feb again only to be told that they are investigating my divorce paper. I phoned again today to be told that according to them they thought I was still married although my divorce was finalised two years before I even started at Nashua Mobile. This is absolutely ridiculous! I spoke to Luciano the line manager but have had no feedback or payout!
