I applied for a data package with Telkom Mobile over a week ago. I received the documentation from Samuel Moonsamy, completed the docs and faxed all the relevant documentation to 8ta. I was then told that the was a problem with the surety documentation and that it needed another signature, I obtained the signature and resent the docs. I was then told that the consultant sent me the incorrect docs. He emailed me the docs and I sent him the docs again. I phoned Telkom Mobile again today and was told that there is a problem with the surety documentation AGAIN!
I asked to speak to the supervisor yesterday and the supervisor was not available. I asked to speak to the supervisor again today and was told that the supervisor is not available.
Speak about incompetence!
Someone at Telkom should know what's going on, please help my reference is TCM0005655
